How billing works
Four things to know before you pay

Start free, no card
Sign up and use everything for 14 days from the first record you create. We do not ask for a card to start.

Then choose
Stay on the free plan, or upgrade to Pro: US$25 per user, per month on the yearly plan, or US$30 on the monthly plan. You pick the number of seats.

Pay yearly or monthly, by card
Pro is charged in US dollars, in advance, through Adyen's secure checkout: US$300 per user once a year, or US$30 per user each month. Visa and Mastercard are accepted; more methods follow.

Cancel any time
Cancel from Settings. Pro runs to the end of the month or year you have paid for, then your account drops to Free. Nothing is deleted.

Before you start
When does the 14 days start?
From the first real record you create, not from the day you sign up. Add a listing or a contact and the clock starts.
What happens after 14 days?
You drop to the free plan. Nothing is deleted, and you can upgrade whenever you are ready.
Can I cancel?
Any time, from Settings. There is no penalty.
Is there a setup fee?
No. There is no setup fee and no contract.
How are seats counted?
Pro is US$25 per user, per month on the yearly plan, or US$30 on the monthly plan, so you pay for the seats you use. Free gives you two users.
Do I need Pro to publish to portals?
Yes. Portal publishing is the paid feature.
How do I pay?
By card, through Adyen's secure checkout inside the app. Pro is charged in advance on the day you upgrade: US$300 per user for the year on the yearly plan, or US$30 per user each month on the monthly plan, renewing on the same day after that.
What happens when I cancel?
Pro runs to the end of the month or year you have paid for, then your account drops to the free plan. Nothing is deleted. Refunds follow the refunds and cancellation policy.
